Austin Sego
Year 2 Intern
I initially joined the LDI internship with a desire to devote one year to growing in Biblical thinking, Christlike character, and ministry skills. I assumed that after one year, I’d return to working full time in the IT field better equipped as a leader and an effective minister in the workplace. God had different plans. He’s grown in me a desire to effectively care for others who are hurting, weary and burdened, and point them to the One who gives them rest (Matt. 11:28-30). God has given me the opportunity to continue LDI for 2 more years to continue growing as a leader and focus on ministry in the area of counseling and care.
By completing this transaction, I understand that I am giving a gift directly to this individual, not to the Leadership Development Institute of Hope Community Church. Gifts are given directly to the individual to maximize the impact on the recipient by reducing added fees.. I understand that this is not considered a charitable gift, and that I will not be receiving a tax deduction. A member of the Leadership Development Institute staff will be reviewing these funds with the intern to ensure proper accountability and stewardship of funds received.
